Follow Scotland Road for 3.5 miles (this will bring you through the Newburyport Industrial Park) at your 2nd traffic light take a left onto Low Street. (You will pass the First and Ocean Bank on your left). Take your next left onto Perry Way. TPI is about 2 tenths of a mile down on your left. We are in the middle of a one level condo unit. Look for the TPI door that says entrance. We have 5 TPI doors.
